• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App’s functionality;

• Collect or store information from other users without consent.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, including but not limited to its name, design, and source code, are the intellectual property of the creators of VoteIt. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of any content generated within the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of VoteIt shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or interpersonal disputes.

6. Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle information and communications within VoteIt.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or engaging in behavior that interferes with other users’ ability to use the App safely.
